We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Carbon Manager to lead the development and execution of carbon management strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantification, management, reporting, and design support for real estate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with the GHG Protocol.\
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance with ISO 14064 & PAS2080 standards.\
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and innovative sustainable design through conducting life cycle analyses.\
  • Support proponents and design teams in the preparation of sustainability-related reports.\
  • Implement advanced data management systems to collect, analyze, and report on carbon-related data.\
  • Sound technical knowledge of building and infrastructure whole-life cycle analysis (LCA) and cost-benefit analysis.\
  • Prepare clear and compelling reports, presentations, and recommendations on innovative approaches to environmental footprint.\

Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate or professional qualification in Engineering/Carbon/Sustainability or a related field.\
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience in sustainability, energy management, renewable energy, and climate change associated with the real estate sector.\
  • Experienced with LCA databases and database management, including embodied carbon tools and software.\
  • Working knowledge of climate change and greenhouse gas emission studies, sustainable supply chain management, and circular economy principles.\
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sustainability programs, policies, and regulatory frameworks.\
