The ideal candidate will have experience handling medical approvals and managing tasks on the Nafess platform. A strong understanding of medical insurance procedures, approvals, and claims processing is necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and approving claims to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and insurance guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records and responding to patient inquiries regarding their insurance coverage.
- Resolving insurance-related issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with the finance department to manage payments and address discrepancies.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Experience working with insurance companies and handling approvals efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Nafess platform and insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and insurance providers.
This is a full-time position in Sales and Business Development, suitable for an entry-level professional.
