Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and approving claims to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and insurance guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records and responding to patient inquiries regarding their insurance coverage.
  • Resolving insurance-related issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with the finance department to manage payments and address discrepancies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
  • Experience working with insurance companies and handling approvals efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the Nafess platform and insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and insurance providers.

This is a full-time position in Sales and Business Development, suitable for an entry-level professional.
