Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Change Management and possess excellent leadership skills.

  • Develop and maintain the Change Management framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure adherence to the framework.
  • Communicate clear, consistent messages through suitable channels.
  • Establish metrics to track the success of change management initiatives and apply feedback to improve processes.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion of objectives and staying within scope.
  • Present regular reports on change initiative progress to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, HR, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Professional certifications in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP, APMG) and/or Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2).
  • Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic).
