Who You AreWe're looking for a technical Business Development Consultant - Corporate Services that understands businesses to be able to advise them on the different growth solutions that we offer at AstroLabs to help companies scale. This includes a range of post-setup services such as license renewals, governmental portal management, recruitment, visa issuances, payroll management, etc. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, educating clients on Saudi compliance, and proposing tailored business expansion plans for your clients.

Handle communications and negotiations with inbound clients and engage in outbound activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
Manage all leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to understand their needs and present them with tailored proposals to support the expansion and growth of their companies in Saudi Arabia.
Identify and pursue new business partnerships and strategic alliances that align with company goals, helping to expand the client base and market presence.
Drive new client acquisition through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building within key industries.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, educating them on the requirements they need to fulfill to be compliant with Saudi laws and regulations.
Assess and prepare all required documentation and ensure a seamless transition for the client from the sales process to the account management.
Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated, ensuring all client data is accurately captured, tracked, and updated regularly.
Up-sell to deliver added value to the client and cross-sell to promote products and services from other AstroLabs business units.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reflecting potential sales and client commitments. Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Continuously liaise with the marketing team, offering insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and collateral.
Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
Attend networking events to promote our services and represent the company in key business development initiatives.
Achieve a minimum of post-setup services sales per month.
Regularly review the sales process, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the industry and sales methodologies.
Actively contribute to company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment between business development goals and broader organizational objectives.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and emerging trends, positioning the company for sustained growth.
Your Technical Skills:
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English, crucial for forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
You have the ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including industry and market trends, potential customers, partnerships, additional products and services, etc.
You have passion and proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets; results-oriented.
You have the ability to manage clients independently.
You have strong analytical, forecasting and organizational skills in owning projects from start to finish.
You demonstrate great attention to detail and ability to create, review and manage documents and databases.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural "people person" with drive, enthusiasm and a serious "make it happen" attitude.
You demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
Your Key Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, in roles that utilize your stakeholder management skills.
You're ambitious, curious, and enjoy working independently and with a team.
You're KPI driven and outcome oriented.
You are adept at managing and exceeding client expectations.
You are well-versed in CRM and sales pipeline management, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
You have experience in professional business services.
