IT Sales Support Professional

We are searching for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our Sales Department. This role plays a vital part in building relationships with our significant clients and contributing to their success.
The ideal candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains: Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, or Data and Analytics.
Main Responsibilities- Offer administrative support to the sales team and help them succeed.
- Help the sales team prepare sales reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by regularly following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales activity coordination.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and invoices, ensuring accurate processing and documentation of sales transactions with the operations team.
- Contribute to creating and updating sales support materials like brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, ensuring these materials are current and easily accessible for the sales team.
