Sales and Partnership Role

We seek an experienced Sales and Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sponsorship and event sales, as well as experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies aligned with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, expanding our client base and ensuring repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop growth strategies, identifying business strengths and mapping them to customer needs.
  • Monitor local and international industry trends to inform strategic business decisions and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Pursue trendsetting ideas and potential business opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Engage with partners to propose business deals, ensuring seamless integration of contract requirements with business operations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value business deals, ensuring contracts align with operational goals and maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure timely collection of all customer payments, maintaining positive cash flow and meeting financial targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance, new customer acquisitions, and sales metrics for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance professional networks and identify new business leads.
