About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Partnerships to join our team and drive business growth in the sponsorship and event sales sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and growing the client base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing sales and partnerships teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential partners and propose business deals, ensuring seamless integration of contract requirements with business operations.

About You:

  • You have 7-8 years of experience in business development or sales within the GCC, including 2+ years in sponsorship and event sales.
  • You have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience in presenting to stakeholders and closing high-value business deals.
