Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Alahad Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Business acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective plans to drive business growth.
