Global Telecommunications Sales Lead

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the telecommunications and private network sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is key to developing and executing strategic sales plans, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to expand presence, enhance brand visibility, and meet or exceed sales targets.
This position involves identifying opportunities, navigating competitive landscapes, and collaborating with teams to deliver client-focused solutions. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Aviat's product portfolio and the country's digital transformation initiatives. You will own and grow key Aviat accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships, high satisfaction levels, and continuous pipeline development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in the KSA market, is required. You will need to have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. Additionally, you will need to have strong understanding of telecommunications and networking technologies, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
