Telecommunications Representative

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Representative to join our team at Arab National Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality coffee machines, vending machines, café equipment, and related products to potential and existing customers. This role involves engaging with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and business growth.
Job Summary:
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell coffee machines, vending machines, café equipment, and related products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers using prepared scripts.
- Answer inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues professionally.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- 1-3 years of experience as telesales.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
