Job Overview

This role involves providing administrative support to a team of investment bankers in the Riyadh office. The successful candidate will have prior experience as an assistant, or in an administrative and/or customer service role, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage diaries for busy investment bankers, ensuring their schedules are up-to-date and organized.
  2. Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels and transportation, as well as organizing detailed travel itineraries.
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate client meetings and full trip agendas.
  4. Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner, adhering to compliance regulations.
  5. Act as an integral member of the team, maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Prior experience as an assistant or in an administrative and/or customer service role is desirable.
  • Solid organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
