Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to provide high-level support to our legal team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the billing process, including preparing invoices and tracking client payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, prioritizing tasks and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of secretarial experience with a professional services company.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with legal technology (document management systems, transcription software, dictaphone, etc).
  • Superior written and oral communication skills in English.
