About the Role

At Caliberly, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing pre-sales product knowledge and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers, identifying business opportunities, and analyzing sales leads to close deals and achieve sales goals.
  • Business Development: Partner with our sales and business development teams to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and products in the market, maintaining a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to provide best-in-class pre-sales support, proposing technical and creative business solutions in support of sales objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate by education with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to influence individuals and teams, strong business acumen, and entrepreneurial approach.
