About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Carrier Corp. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application engineers, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance.
  5. Participate in weekly and monthly sales reviews to discuss sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and align with company goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A university degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
