We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Professional to join our team in Jeddah. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers' locations in Jeddah.
  2. Ensure orders are delivered in a timely and safe manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle for deliveries.
  4. Follow Najma Al Shuraka's platform guidelines for delivery timing, customer interaction, and feedback.
  5. Handle deliveries efficiently while following traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  6. Assist with customer inquiries when needed, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
  7. Manage payment handling and receipts as per Najma Al Shuraka's system.
Requirements:
  1. Must have your own car.
  2. Knowledge of Jeddah's streets, neighborhoods, and traffic conditions.
  3. Good communication skills in Arabic (knowledge of English is a plus).
  4. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours (lunch and dinner shifts).
  5. Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service.
  6. Previous experience in delivery is a plus, but not required.
