As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, and driving business success.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, team management, and guest satisfaction at a luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for fine dining. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to create an elevated dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational & Guest Experience Management:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure a seamless and refined dining experience by upholding hospitality and brand guidelines.
  • Handle guest relations, special requests, and VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Team Leadership & Training:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including waitstaff, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
  • Motivate staff to deliver personalized and exceptional guest service.
  • Conduct ongoing training and development programs to enhance service standards.
Financial & Business Performance:
  • Manage restaurant budgets, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and operational costs to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive restaurant promotions and events.
Inventory & Supplier Management:
  • Oversee menu planning, pricing, and inventory control.
  • Work with chefs and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients and efficient stock management.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or fine dining.
  • Proven track record in luxury dining establishments, hotel restaurants, or high-end hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in food safety, restaurant management, or sommelier training.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Experience in event planning and restaurant marketing strategies.
