Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in employee relations.
- Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company updates, events, and initiatives.
- Partner with HRBPs to align employee relations and engagement strategies with overall HR goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare reports to track progress and recommend improvements.
