Job Overview

The National Company for Learning & Education is seeking a Strategic Evaluation Director to lead our assessment and evaluation efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in designing and implementing measurement and evaluation systems.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves analyzing results, developing action plans, and supervising standardized tests administration. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively within a team, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze semester and final course exams results to provide statistical indicators on test quality and inform evaluation of question appropriateness.
  • Develop measurement and evaluation methods for academic programs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Prepare and implement action plans to improve measurement and evaluation systems, addressing current and potential future obstacles.
  • Research international standardized tests and integrate them into the company's assessments, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Diagnose educational processes, identify problems, and propose solutions to address gaps in student skills and competencies.
  • Design measurement plans for student skills and competencies across all grades and educational stages, defining relevant skills and competencies for scientific subjects.
  • Supervise standardized test administration, address implementation issues, and analyze results to inform development and improvement recommendations.
  • Present test results to educational complexes, collaborate on remedial plans, and monitor updates to educational curricula.
  • Create committees to develop question banks for standardized tests, supervise their work, and ensure high-quality content.
  • Monitor student performance on global standardized tests, develop remedial plans, and communicate with national measurement agencies to determine standardized tests aligned with established targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or strategic planning.
  • Master's degree in business administration or quality management.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in education or assessment.
