Sales Director Job Description

This Sales Director position is a critical role within e& enterprise, responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the Contact Center Solutions and BPO sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Strategic Business Plans
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for contact center solutions, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
Build and Manage Client Relationships
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners.
Drive Revenue Growth
  • Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth through solution-based selling and long-term client acquisitions.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure the seamless implementation of contact center solutions that meet client expectations and industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or digital solutions, including at least 5 years in the BPO sector, with a focus on business expansion, client management, and outsourcing solutions.
