As a Sales Operations Specialist at Otis Worldwide Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support the new equipment operations by negotiating new contracts, updating contractual terms, and conducting product checks post-delivery/installation to ensure quality and compliance with the scope of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management information and insights on all dimensions of work area performance to facilitate discussion and decision making
- Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Work under the guidance of the Manager – New Equipment to prepare contracts, negotiate and finalize agreements with clients
- Prepare pre-qualification and technical documents to support new equipment proposals within Otis - Entity
- Execute sales strategies to increase the market share of Otis – Entity across all product lines within assigned markets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization; Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred.
