We are seeking a skilled Pre-Opening Sales Specialist to join our sales team at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in the pre-opening phase, contributing to the success of the hotel's launch.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and building strong relationships with clients and internal departments. You will also assist the sales team with proposal preparation, contract management, and event coordination.
- Pre-Opening Support: Provide critical support to the sales team during the pre-opening phase, ensuring a smooth transition to full operation.
- Sales Tool Management: Maintain accurate sales databases and CRM systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient sales operations.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and event planners to ensure successful execution of group bookings, corporate meetings, and events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
