We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Specialist with extensive experience in sales pipeline management, reporting, and analytics within the technology sector. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, ensuring pipeline health, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline for technology solutions across multiple regions, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting via Zoho CRM.
  2. Sales Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics, conduct win/loss analysis, and provide strategic insights to sales leadership.
  3. CRM & Data Management: Maintain Zoho CRM integrity, customization, and automation, train sales teams on CRM best practices to maximize efficiency.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Improve workflows, forecasting, and quota management, streamline lead-to-opportunity conversion with marketing and pre-sales teams.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and business operations to enhance execution, support sales teams with CRM usage, reporting tools, and executive presentations.
