Our client is a reputable private equity firm with a strong track record of success. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a growing private equity investment team based in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on high-growth investments in the aviation sector across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The team invests via direct equity structures, seeking to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the design and execution of the investment strategy, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and market trends.
  2. Participate in all aspects of the transaction process, including valuing and screening investment opportunities, structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors, and portfolio monitoring.
  3. Drive value creation initiatives within portfolio companies, fostering growth and profitability.
  4. Take ownership of financial model development and analysis, as well as due diligence participation.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, or private equity/venture capital firm.
  2. Strong academic background, with a degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from an internationally renowned institution a significant advantage.
  3. While experience in the MENA region is not essential, a willingness to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full-time is required.
