Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Fortive. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the MEAT region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans to support sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Plan and execute field marketing events to create new sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.
- Measure and report performance of marketing activities, assessing against goals and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Support sales teams and channel partners with marketing needs, increasing brand awareness and MQLs in the region.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials translations for the region, ensuring effective communication with local stakeholders.
- Support product and solution launches, driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in field marketing.
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
- Previous experience managing events and lead generation.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
- Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box.

- Experience establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal, and written capabilities.
- Motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversations.
- Organizational skills, a self-starter approach, and commitment to improvement.

- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direction.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong experience with Microsoft software, desktop publishing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), CRM systems or related systems, and internet technology (.html language).
