Job Description

Job Title: Field Marketing Manager - Regional Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Fortive. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the MEAT region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans to support sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events to create new sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing activities, assessing against goals and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Support sales teams and channel partners with marketing needs, increasing brand awareness and MQLs in the region.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing materials translations for the region, ensuring effective communication with local stakeholders.
  • Support product and solution launches, driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in field marketing.
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
  • Previous experience managing events and lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box.

Qualifications:

  • Experience establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal, and written capabilities.
  • Motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversations.
  • Organizational skills, a self-starter approach, and commitment to improvement.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direction.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft software, desktop publishing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), CRM systems or related systems, and internet technology (.html language).
