We are seeking a visionary leader to join ARK People Solutions in Saudi Arabia. As our new Culinary Business Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and influence within the culinary education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations that share our vision of promoting social change through educational excellence and innovation.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute revenue generation strategies to ensure financial sustainability, which may include fundraising, grant applications, sponsorships, and business development initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the culinary education sector.
  • Culinary Education Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our culinary education offerings locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the education, food & beverage, and culinary sectors.
  • Proven success in driving business growth, developing partnerships, and generating revenue.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business landscape and cultural context.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
