Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Management Consultant with Financial Planning and Analysis expertise to lead the development and optimization of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, as well as experience with SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes and procedures.
  • Lead the implementation of new systems for planning, budgeting, and reporting, including ERP systems like SAP.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assess value between different financial sections.
  • Define and document section rules, responsibilities, and create operational guidelines.
  • Optimize the use of ERP systems to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Develop and implement processes for data collection, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation projects, including ERP migrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on large-scale financial assessments and operations.
