Document Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Document Controller Manager to lead our document management initiatives for the Residential Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing comprehensive document control systems that ensure all project documentation is managed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Document Control Policies: Develop and maintain robust document control policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in managing project documents.
- Lead Document Control Team: Manage and lead the document control team, providing guidance and support to daily operations.
- Ensure Document Integrity: Ensure all project documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, are accurately filed, tracked, and archived.
- Metric and Trend Analysis: Establish metrics and trends for monitoring and improving document control performance.
- Document Distribution: Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely distribution and availability of documentation.
- Audits and Improvements: Conduct regular audits of document control processes and implement improvements as needed.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on document control procedures and systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance document management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in document control or records management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in the real estate or construction industry in the Middle East.
- Document Control Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing document control processes in a large project environment.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of document management standards, tools, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
