Job Description

Saudi Business Machines is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support our HR functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with our HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources is required;
  • Diploma in Business Administration is an asset;

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 0 years of experience up to 1 year of experience;

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files;
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources;

  • Registered in HRDF;
  • Not worked for more than one year in the private or public sector;
