About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UH-60M Training Specialist to lead our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our aviation maintenance training team, you will be responsible for delivering and leading VMT training programs for aircraft maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and conduct classroom instruction for aviation maintenance students in a culturally diverse environment.
  2. Plan and adhere to established training schedules.
  3. Provide concurrent and standardized Programs of Instruction (POIs).
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on UH-60M.
  5. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the UH-60M Training Lead.
  6. Manage the Training Management System (TMS) and update information as required.

Requirements:

  • Six plus years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Proven experience with presenting programs of instruction.
  • Highly proficient with reading and interpreting maintenance manuals and blueprints.
  • Tech-Savvy / Computer Literate.
  • Familiar with computer-based learning.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intercultural communication and diversity & inclusion.
  • Technical Instruction & Technical Training.
