Roles and responsibilities

Automating training processes and building a training and development business model
Raising the level of quality of training and development outputs
Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the company's diverse client base
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training material and curricula
Deliver training using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and of the highest quality
Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, from conception to completion
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training
Training Needs Assessment
Collaborate with managers, department heads, and employees to identify training needs within the organization.
Conduct skills gap analyses to determine the knowledge or performance deficiencies that need to be addressed through training.
Analyze performance reviews, feedback, and business goals to tailor training programs that align with organizational objectives.
Training Program Development
Design and develop effective and engaging training programs and materials based on the identified needs. This includes manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.
Create training content that is clear, concise, and aligned with the learning objectives and outcomes.
Customize training programs for different employee groups, including new hires, managers, and specialized departments.
Delivery of Training Sessions
Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to help employees develop relevant skills.
Use a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, role-playing, group activities, and case studies, to engage learners and enhance retention.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure employees apply learned skills in their work environment.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience developing training material, curricula, and assessments
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies
Training Evaluation & Feedback
Collect feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
Use surveys, tests, and evaluations to measure knowledge retention and skill application after the training.
Analyze training outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to future training programs.
Continuous Improvement of Training Programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in training and development.
Continuously update and refine training programs based on feedback, learning advancements, and evolving organizational needs.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with the company's goals and compliance standards.
Onboarding & New Hire Training
Coordinate and deliver onboarding training for new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture, policies, and their specific roles.
Ensure that new hires understand the expectations, tools, and processes they need to succeed in their positions.
Provide support and guidance to new employees as they transition into their roles.
