Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Information System (PMIS) Implementation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading PMIS implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead PMIS implementation projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the PMIS system accordingly.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new PMIS system.
  3. Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with vendors to customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements.
  5. Develop and implement change management strategies to mitigate resistance and promote user buy-in.
  6. Educate project teams on the use of PMWeb, Oracle Unifier, Aconex, Sharepoint, or other PMIS tools to facilitate smooth project execution.
  7. Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide ongoing support to users after system launch.
