The Development and Performance Director will be responsible for leading the development and performance teams, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring delivery meets expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and performance teams and develop strategies to improve process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement changes to increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Continual Service Improvement team to implement improvements within EMKAN or its interfaces.
  • Manage and prioritize workloads against agreed service critical success factors and key performance indicators.
  • Investigate and formally report on non-compliance.
  • Provide support for all staff in matters relating to performance & development.
  • Adhere to regulations and control functions to ensure governance, audit, risk, and compliance matters are addressed.
  • Review current market trends.
  • Propose new business ideas to improve revenue.
