Job Summary

Enova Facilities Management Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Operations Strategy and Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering the Operations Management strategy for Contractual Sites of assigned assets while ensuring contractual commitments are successfully met.

You will lead and manage Site Operations teams, setting individual objectives, managing performance, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisals. Additionally, you will monitor and control the execution of maintenance contracts, reviewing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supervising implementation by employees or assigned contractors.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Deliver the Operations Management strategy for Contractual Sites
