Job Title: Medical Director

Job Summary:

Ash International is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional medical care to our patients. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical facilities, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other support staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Consultant in a Western hospital
  • 2 years of post-specialist qualification experience from specific countries
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
