Job Description

As a Product Specialist at Jamjoom Medical Industries Co. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our medical products within your assigned territory.

Your core responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing a territory sales plan in accordance with the regional sales strategy.
  2. Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using persuasive arguments.
  3. Aggressively seeking new customers and formulating plans for such action as directed by the Supervisor or Line manager.
  4. Developing effective and professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and targeted customers.
  5. Conducting professional demonstrations and presentations of JMI's products or services at customer sites.
  6. Maintaining close relationships with key accounts and ensuring their requirements are being met where possible.
  7. Preparing and submitting sales reports and forecasts to management.
  8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  9. Collecting overdue payments from private hospitals.
  10. Developing deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  11. Completing all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
