Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our team in the Western region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and promoting a portfolio of technical and non-technical products and services directly to current and new end customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing lead generation plans to ensure a substantial business opportunity pipeline for our Emergency Care portfolio in the Western region of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Achieving and exceeding business targets by building strong relationships with physicians in hospitals, pre-hospitals, and EMS KOLs.
  3. Planning and implementing professional education programs and after-sales support for physicians, nurses, EMS, and biomedical engineers in the respective region.
  4. Ensuring accurate sales forecasts each month/quarter for Stryker's manufacturing and sales forecasting requirements.
  5. Conducting direct hospital and pre-hospital sales activities.
  6. Planning and executing relevant after-sales support, in-service training, training workshops, symposia, conferences, and related marketing activities in Saudi Arabia.
  7. Providing guidance to the marketing team to prioritize country and regional market needs.
  8. Participating in pricing the products and packages for end customers.
  9. Carrying out the delivery and installation of materials, providing post-sales user training.
  10. Communicating customer feedback to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedback in their area of responsibility, taking necessary actions, and reporting them to the customer and related persons.
