Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and potential familiarity with Opera hotel management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Knowledge of Jeddah and surrounding areas, enabling you to offer informed local recommendations.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
