Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Operations and Administration Professional to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in business operations, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- HR:
- Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors, including facilities management providers and building management.
- Coordinate visa application processes and employment registration on the Qiwa portal.
- Draft employment contracts, salary letters, and employment verifications.
- Absence management and staff recruiting processes.
- Work with the Global HR team to ensure systems are updated.
- Review, approve, and/or return expenses.
- Assist with preparing the annual budget for the offices.
- Assist the finance department with cash flow requirements.
- Supervise and manage support staff teams, including coaching and training.
- Coordinate secretary work schedules and office meetings.
- Liaise with the Staff Professional Development team to host and conduct training.
- Maintain relationships with insurance providers, including coordinating renewal of policies and adding/deleting members.
- Support compliance initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, advanced time management, and proficiency with MS Office.
