Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Operations and Administration Professional to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in business operations, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR:
  1. Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors, including facilities management providers and building management.
  2. Coordinate visa application processes and employment registration on the Qiwa portal.
  3. Draft employment contracts, salary letters, and employment verifications.
  4. Absence management and staff recruiting processes.
  5. Work with the Global HR team to ensure systems are updated.
FINANCE:
  1. Review, approve, and/or return expenses.
  2. Assist with preparing the annual budget for the offices.
  3. Assist the finance department with cash flow requirements.
MANAGEMENT:
  1. Supervise and manage support staff teams, including coaching and training.
  2. Coordinate secretary work schedules and office meetings.
  3. Liaise with the Staff Professional Development team to host and conduct training.
OPERATIONS:
  1. Maintain relationships with insurance providers, including coordinating renewal of policies and adding/deleting members.
  2. Support compliance initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Assist with cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, advanced time management, and proficiency with MS Office.
