Business Development Leader

As a Sales Manager at Foreground, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our company's market expansion in Riyadh and surrounding areas.
You will develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Riyadh market to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with lead generation campaigns. You will conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in Riyadh.
Main Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or services sector in Riyadh.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of Riyadh's business landscape and client dynamics.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
