We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement innovative sales plans to achieve company objectives
  2. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  3. Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  4. Establish strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  6. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
  3. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams
  6. Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in Saudi Arabia is preferred
