About the Opportunity:
This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of sales leadership and operational expertise. You will have the chance to work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets, ensuring a warm and personalized customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to prepare and execute the Morning Briefing, establishing clear action plans for the team.
- Mentor the sales team to optimize their performance and efficiency, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Analyze traffic trends to create accurate staff schedules, ensuring adequate floor coverage and minimizing unnecessary labor costs.
- Work with local Marketing and CRM teams to develop localized clientelling initiatives, generating new business opportunities and reactivating lapsed clients.
- Implement and oversee the execution of the Selling Flow, guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the store team, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a genuine commitment to excellent customer service and showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Monitor and analyze CRM/Marketing KPIs and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Engage with employees, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
- Maintain open communication channels, keeping all stakeholders informed about company priorities and goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve, embracing innovation and change, and inspiring others to do the same.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
- Oversee logistics and stock management, working closely with the Store Manager to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
