CRM and Customer Experience Director

Independent Food Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead customer engagement initiatives across multiple restaurants. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies, driving loyalty and retention through data-driven CRM initiatives and optimized loyalty programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Closed-Loop Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM database to ensure clean, actionable data.
- Loyalty Program Development and Execution
- Develop and oversee innovative loyalty programs to increase customer retention and brand advocacy.
- Continuously analyze loyalty program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Customer Insights and Analytics
- Leverage customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor key metrics such as repeat visit rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and redemption rates.
- Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align customer engagement initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers to ensure consistent implementation of customer engagement strategies.
