Customer Experience Strategist

Avensys Consulting, a global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to oversee and improve customer service operations across all touchpoints. This role involves driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
About UsWe provide enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, business process automation, and managed services to clients across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail, and supply chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. They will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring seamless, engaging, and high-quality experiences for customers.
They will also focus on identifying customer pain points, creating solutions, and implementing customer-centric policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer service teams and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Retail industry experience is mandatory with electronics division
- E-commerce & Digital Experience is highly desirable
