  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system linking organizational goals with employee performance.
  • Develop clear performance criteria and indicators in coordination with department managers.
  • Create and manage a bonus and rewards system directly linked to performance evaluation results.
  • Ensure fairness and transparency in performance evaluation processes, bonuses, and promotions.
