Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate / Vice President to join our Real Estate Investment Team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in real estate investment with a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead investments in a rapidly growing and evolving local real estate market, directly contributing to our strategic vision and growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments across Saudi Arabia.
  • Oversee and manage the full investment process, including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and negotiating transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, legal teams, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed market and asset-level due diligence, assessing investment opportunities from both financial and strategic perspectives.

Technical Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or asset management with a strong focus on the Saudi market.
  • Proven experience in executing real estate transactions, from sourcing to closing.
  • Extensive knowledge of Saudi real estate dynamics, market drivers, and regulatory environment.

Soft Skills

  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Knowledge & Expertise

  • In-depth understanding of local Saudi real estate market trends, regulations, and drivers.
  • Solid track record of real estate investment execution, with knowledge of both equity and debt financing structures.
  • Understanding of Sharia-compliant finance principles is advantageous.
