Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Regularly taste dishes to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Adjust recipes as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate efforts and maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration.
  • Two to Three years' prior experience in a similar role.
  • International luxury hotel chain background.
  • GCC exposure.
  • English Fluency is required.
  • Arabic Fluency is preferred.
