About the Role

Afafq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an experienced Engineering and Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. As a key member of our Engineering and Construction Team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects across the AMET region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, real estate development, architecture, or design, with at least 7 years of experience. A bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or equivalent is required.

You will work closely with internal technical teams and operational customers to facilitate engineering and design efforts on new and remodel projects. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, preparing reports, specifications, and technical analysis, and negotiating contracts and contract changes with developers and General Contractors.

We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects across the AMET region, including new builds, retrofits, and expansions.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams and operational customers to facilitate engineering and design efforts.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, and technical analysis for capacity expansion and remodel projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and contract changes with developers and General Contractors.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from relatively small renovations to large-sized projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, real estate development, architecture, or design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction from leadership.
