Become a key player in shaping the marketing strategy of Bayut, part of the Dubizzle Group.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a Marketing Manager - Transactions who will be responsible for developing and implementing Events, PR, Creative and social media marketing strategies to support commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, preferably in real estate, e-commerce or a technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with the Transactions Sales Department and other teams within the company
  • Assign roles and targets to the team and manage budgets efficiently
  • Lead sales events and work with performance marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Design and implement Social Media Campaigns to drive sales
  • Lead the in-house creative/design team for Bayut and perform social media audits for the competitive landscape
  • Research new marketing platforms and creative mediums to meet commercial goals
  • Manage PR for positive brand presence for all transaction accounts and establish mutually beneficial relationships with relevant media outlets
  • Track and report performance to top management and work on special projects given by the management
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred). You should also have certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing or public relations. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in real estate, e-commerce or a technology company is required.

You should have a proven track record of leading and managing marketing campaigns and events that drive sales and product adoption. Experience in setting up and managing marketing or communications departments, including building and leading teams is necessary. Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, campaigns and competitive audits is also required.

You should have a strong background in public relations, including building relationships with media outlets and managing PR campaigns. Budget management experience to ensure cost-efficient marketing operations is essential.

A comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, brand management and creative processes is necessary. Proficiency in social media management, including platform-specific strategies and tools is required. Familiarity with digital performance marketing metrics and campaign execution techniques is also necessary.

Knowledge of PR best practices and media landscape in the region is required. Understanding of emerging marketing platforms, trends and technologies is necessary. Expertise in creative strategy development and in-house creative team management is also required. Insights into commercial objectives and the role of marketing in achieving them is necessary.
