We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems, identifying the root cause of a problem, preventing incidents from happening, and minimizing the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.

Responsibilities:
  1. Train key/power users on the usage of retail applications to achieve the best utilization of the system and meet business needs.
