Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist with daily tasks, ensure operational workflows align with project objectives, and maintain high performance under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Support:
  • Manage the operational aspects of the Nusuk Card project;
  • Collaborate with the operations team to address daily challenges and provide necessary support;
  • Monitor and report on resource usage to the Operations Manager;
Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field;

Experience:

1-2 years in a related operational or project support role. Internship experience is acceptable;

Skills:

Basic understanding of operational workflows and project management principles;

Strong communication and organizational skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Willingness to learn quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean);

Languages:

Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
